Swix Cera F FC8L Universal Liquid. Boost your Performance to the Max: Swix Cera F Liquid is designed for use as the final layer when waxing for top-level competitions. Based on Cera F technology, Swix Cera F Liquid offers the same high performance quality as the Cera F Powder Waxes. Quick and easy to apply, Cera F Liquid is also ideal for the quick performance fix at events with multiple runs, such as the second run in alpine races, half-pipe competitions, and cross country sprint races. Application 1. For best results prepare the skis or board as you normally would for optimal glide. Hot wax, scrape, and brush the base with Cera Nova HF Waxes that fall within the temperature range of Cera F Liquid, such as HF7, HF8, or HF10. 2.Follow with the application of Cera F Powder FC8 or FC10 depending on the temperature and snow consistency. Refer to the package instructions or the Swix Racing Manual for detailed application. 3. Apply the Cera F Liquid to the base and distribute evenly with the enclosed felt pad. Allow 5 minutes for drying. Then polish with the cork. Use firm pressure to generate frictional heat. Finish by brushing the base with the Swix Fine Blue Nylon Brush. 4. For longer performance use the Swix Roto-Cork followed by Horsehair hard brushing. The Roto-Cork will provide more heat than hand corking giving better wax adhesion to the base. The liquid waxes are the most economical way to take advantage of Cera F performance. Although longevity is less than the Cera F Powder, the exceptional gliding characteristics remain. This means the Cera F Liquid waxes offer a fast and easy solution for junior racing, alpine, free-ride, and snowboard events, as well as for short cross country races. Use of Cera F Liquid as the final layer will absolutely assure that there are no voids in the pure fluorocarbon wax layer resulting in the highest possible speed performance. FC8L Cera F liquid -50 g/1.7 oz. - 100% fluorocarbon - +4 degrees Celsius to -4 degrees Celsius (40F - 25F)
