The Samarkand is typical of Icelandic Design's classic enduring styling. The Samarkand Jacket has the elegant lines of a tailored winter jacket but light enough to wear indoors or in early fall, late winter weather. The stylish, hand embroidery details on the cuffs and centered down the front gives a slender elongated look. The Samarkand has a relaxed fit, with a slight A-line shape, flattering and easy to layer over a sweater or blouse. Pockets have a zip closure with nice looking ballpoint pull tabs. Button closure down the lapel and is fully lined. 100% boiled wool. Available in true black with accent colors of red, orange, and green. A red turtleneck is particularly stunning underneath. Length is 29", hitting at the mid to bottom of the hips.
